Buying your first focus

Buy the focus start pack. It includes a cover design of your choice and samples of all the forms available to date. You also get all of our extras such as a multicolour highlighter, a reading strip, etc.

Use focus for two weeks to see which of the techniques works better for you and what forms you need or want.

Submit a first refill order (link sent on purchase) detailing the forms you would like your focus to include. Add any extra personal adjustments you would like to have in your focus (included in the start pack price).

Either subscribe to receive monthly/quarterly/yearly refills in the mail or simply buy them in our store when you need more. Note that new forms are constantly being added to the store. Subscribe to our mailing list, and follow us on social media to stay up to date.

focus is highly modular. Meaning all of its parts are changeable. We are always adding new cover designs, new accessories, and new forms. It's a lot of fun dressing up your focus.
